BizPayO Referral Program Terms & Conditions:

Just copy and share your referral link shown in your BizPayO dashboard. When your referral clicks on it we associate them to you and can provide the rewards outlined below.

The Referral Program offered by BizPayO has been created to reward you, our loyal Customer, (“You,” “Merchant”, Member,” “Referrer,” “Participant”) for recommending us to friends and business associates who sign on to be customers (Referral). It was also created to reward your friends and business associates for listening to your great advice, by offering them a reward for using BizPayO from your suggestion.

The following Referral Program Terms and Conditions contain important information about our program, so please read them carefully. These Program Terms and Conditions are a binding agreement between you and BizPayO and will govern your participation in any and all Program offers.

The BizPayO (“Provider”) Referral Program Terms and Conditions ("Referral Terms") set forth the terms and conditions for your participation in the referral program ("Referral Program") and are hereby incorporated by reference into the Build Your Firm,Inc and BizPayO Service Terms and Conditions (“Service Agreement”). Capitalized terms not defined in these Referral Terms are defined in our Service Agreement..

​Acceptance of these Referral Terms:
By participating in the Referral Program in any way, you agree to be bound by these Referral Terms. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of these Referral Terms, you may not participate in the Referral Program.

​How do I refer?
Log into your BizPayO account and click the Refer a Friend button. Alternatively you may have received a referral welcome email in which you can find your personal referral page to share from.
​
​How many times can I refer?
There is no limit on how many you can refer, however the limit of the amount you can earn is $20,000.
​
​A Qualified Referral occurs when:
You share the Referral Program Link through email, text messaging, social media (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) or other digital means with a person, the Referral. If the Referral uses that link shared by You and becomes a new BizPayO user and processes and gets funded three payment transactions from three separate customers of theirs, not including You, totaling in excess of five hundred dollars in aggregate then they will then be a Qualified Referral. Then You and the Qualified Referral will each receive a $100 referral reward.

​Payout:
Qualified Referrals will be paid directly via the Referrer's bank account on file with BizPayO.

​Eligibility:
To be eligible for participation in the Program:
You must be a current Customer of BizPayO. Both You and the Referral must be at least 21 years of age. Multiple Referrals who have common ownership or are part of a related party structure will be considered one (1) referral. BizPayO reserves the right to find ineligible any Participant in the Program at its sole discretion. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Program will be resolved by BizPayO in its sole discretion.

​Invalid Referrals:
The following are not valid:

When you refer people who previously referred you.When you refer yourself, or refer people you have referred previously and use different email addresses to try to circumvent.When you refer a new location that is part of the same business.The Referral must not be an existing BizPayO Member or currently in touch with BizPayO about becoming one.Referral must not be a self-referral, or related party. BizPayO reserves the right to refuse any referral payout based on findings of its own investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.

We may revise these Referral Terms from time to time in our sole discretion, subject to applicable law. When we revise these Referral Terms, we will post the revised version on the Website. You are free to decide whether or not to accept a revised version of these Referral Terms, but accepting these Referral Terms, as revised, is required for you to continue participating in the Referral Program. If you do not agree to these Referral Terms or any revised version of these Referral Terms, your sole recourse is to terminate your participation in the Referral Program. BizPayO may also, in its sole discretion, change, cancel, suspend, or modify any aspect of the Program without notice.

BizPayO also reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or prospective customers at any time from participation in the Program.Reward Conditions. Rewards may be taxable, depending on the value of the item and the federal, state, and local tax laws applicable to the Participant. Participants are solely responsible for reporting such items on their tax returns and paying any associated tax liability.

​Termination or Suspension of Referral Program. You may stop participating in the Referral Program at any time by contacting us through chat at bizpayo.com or email to [email protected] and providing sufficient information for us to verify your identity. We may, in our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate the Referral Program and terminate these Referral Terms and Conditions for any reason at any time. Upon termination of these Referral Terms, you must immediately cease all use of Referral Links, and Referral Rewards earned but unpaid as of the date of termination will remain payable, unless we terminate these Referral Terms for your breach.
