You can refund a transaction to your customer within your BizPayO dashboard as follows:

-Go to the "Transactions" tab.
-Locate the transaction from the list
-Click the magnifying glass
-Click the circular refund icon on the right (see picture below)
-You will be able to refund the entire amount.  You cannot refund partial amounts. If you need to refund a partial amount we recommend that you issue a separate payment or issue a credit.
